Each individual may hold only one active h55 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed. Bonuses and winnings from duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
h55 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any form of collusion is identified. All decisions by h55 in such matters are final.
h55 provides deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion tools to all account holders. Responsible gaming is a core obligation of h55 and a right of every registered player.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and h55 ("h55", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at h55.one ("the Platform"). By registering an h55 account, you represent and warrant that all of the above eligibility conditions are met. h55 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. If h55 determines that a User does not satisfy the eligibility requirements, h55 may suspend or permanently close the relevant account without prior notice and may withhold or void any funds, bonuses, or winnings associated with that account.
Each individual may register only one (1) h55 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, h55 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending bets, bonuses, or withdrawal requests.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
h55 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed: a government-issued photo identification (Pakistani CNIC is accepted), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. h55 processes KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your h55 account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. h55 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify h55 support immediately.
h55 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published on the Platform and may change at h55's discretion without prior notice.
All deposits are credited to your h55 account balance in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or the equivalent converted amount where applicable. h55 does not charge a processing fee on standard JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which h55 accepts no liability.
Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. h55 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. h55 reserves the right to apply additional security checks prior to authorising any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been identified. h55 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of any account suspected of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Withdrawals will be processed only to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to applicable limits.
h55 will not process withdrawals to third-party payment methods or bank accounts not held in the name of the registered account holder. Money laundering or processing of funds through h55 accounts is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
h55 offers bonuses and promotions to registered users from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty programme rewards. All h55 bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts are set out in each promotion's terms. h55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
Systematic exploitation of bonuses through the creation of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other forms of bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
All sports bets placed on the h55 Platform are subject to the general betting rules and any sport-specific rules published on the Platform. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation by h55. In the event of an obvious pricing error, h55 reserves the right to cancel affected bets or correct odds to the fair market rate and offer the User the option to retain or cancel the amended bet. All bet settlement decisions made by h55 are final, subject to formal dispute resolution as set out in these Terms.
All casino games made available on h55 are provided by third-party gaming software suppliers and use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. The return-to-player ("RTP") percentages for all casino games are published in the game information sections within the h55 Casino lobby.
h55 acts as a distributor of casino games and is not the game operator for any software supplied by third-party providers. Any technical malfunction of a game during a round will result in that round being voided and the applicable stake returned to the User's h55 account balance. h55 shall not be liable for third-party provider outages or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
Maximum win limits may apply to individual game rounds or sessions as specified in the game rules. h55 reserves the right to void any winnings generated through exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or any other technical error not forming part of the game's intended operation.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the h55 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
h55 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action in response to any suspected prohibited conduct, including account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Once a self-exclusion or cooling-off period is applied, it cannot be reversed before the specified period expires. All content on the h55 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of h55 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the h55 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any h55 content without the prior written consent of h55. Unauthorised use of h55 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the h55 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. h55's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
h55 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. h55 shall not be liable for any loss arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or events beyond its reasonable control including internet outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
h55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, h55 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or platform notification prior to the amendments taking effect. Your continued use of the h55 Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which h55 is incorporated. In the event of any dispute between you and h55 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting h55 support. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Participation in the h55 Platform does not override or supersede any applicable local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
